LC-MS Benches — Integrated Workstations for Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry

These workstations are compatible with all major mass spectrometer and chromatography OEMs, including Thermo Fisher Scientific, Agilent Technologies, Waters Corporation, Bruker, Shimadzu, Sciex, PerkinElmer, Beckman Coulter, and Siemens Diagnostics. Workplace Modular Systems holds named OEM partner status with Waters, Siemens Diagnostics, and Beckman Coulter, ensuring validated instrument fit and configuration accuracy.

All LC-MS benches in this series are rated to support up to 1,000 lbs of combined instrumentation, vacuum pumps, and accessories. This robust load rating is achieved through welded steel frame construction with furniture-grade 2" x 2" 18-gauge square steel tubing, ensuring long-term structural stability under the demands of heavy analytical instrument configurations.

There are 9 standard sizes and configuration options designed to accommodate the footprints of popular LC-MS, GC-MS, and research analytical systems. Beyond standard configurations, fully custom options are available to match specific instrument dimensions, laboratory layouts, or OEM integration requirements. Complimentary engineered drawings are provided as part of the configuration process.

These workstations comply with SEFA 8 chemical resistance standards for laboratory furniture, are ISO/IEC 17025 compatible for analytical testing and calibration environments, and are BSL-1 Ready with BSL 2-3 configurations in development. They are also designed to support OSHA 1910 laboratory safety requirements, including proper solvent storage and vacuum pump containment.

LC-MS benches include integrated vacuum pump enclosures, independent solvent storage, tubing and wiring cutouts for utility routing, and 20 Amp/120 Volt power in the base. Optional accessories include computer peripherals, cord and tubing management systems, side-mount bottle trays, and freestanding mobile solvent storage trays — all designed to streamline analytical workflows and reduce bench clutter.
