Our workstations are available in load capacities ranging from 500 lbs (standard and motorized models) up to 800 lbs (StandardPlus) and 1,500 lbs (Heavy Duty and Precision Assembly models). In-line and corner configurations with three leg sections can be upgraded to 750 lbs. Choose the capacity that matches your application's tooling, component, and equipment requirements.

Yes. Workplace Modular Systems offers Direct Drive motorized height-adjustable workstations with 14 inches of vertical travel, operable with a front-mounted up-down switch. The high-torque motor with a low-pitch lead screw locks the surface in position even when power is off, virtually eliminating free-fall risk. Available in standalone, mobile, corner, in-line, and dual-sided configurations.

Yes. Our EV & Battery Assembly Workstations feature grounded steel frames and ESD-safe laminate worksurface options specifically designed for battery module assembly and cell handling. These workstations meet UL 508A and NFPA 70E electrical safety requirements, making them appropriate for ESD-sensitive manufacturing environments including EV gigafactories and Tier 1/2 battery suppliers.

Worksurface options vary by product line and include plastic laminate, ESD-safe laminate, phenolic resin, epoxy resin, chemical-resistant surfaces, metal tops, and maple butcher block. Each material is suited to different environments — phenolic and epoxy resin for labs, ESD laminate for electronics assembly, and butcher block for general industrial or mechanical tasks.

Standard custom orders are typically delivered in 30–45 days depending on configuration complexity. Quick Ship configurations are available and ship in less than 14 days. All workstations are manufactured domestically in Londonderry, New Hampshire, eliminating offshore lead time risk. On-site assembly and installation services are also available upon request for larger deployments.
