Dedicated QC workstations support each type by providing organized, ergonomic environments for inspection and analysis tasks.

Workplace Modular Systems' QC workstations are available in multiple load ratings. Packing and shipping models support up to 500 lbs, while mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, and analytical instrument benches are rated for up to 1,000 lbs of instrumentation and accessories, making them suitable for even the heaviest laboratory equipment configurations.

Yes. Workplace Modular Systems offers 9 standard configurations plus fully custom options to accommodate specific OEM instrument footprints. Workstations are compatible with leading manufacturers including Thermo Fisher Scientific, Agilent, Waters, Bruker, Shimadzu, Beckman Coulter, and Siemens, with integrated vacuum pump enclosures, tubing and wiring cutouts, and solvent storage as standard options.

Quality control workstations are designed to meet SEFA 8 chemical resistance standards, ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory quality requirements, and BSL-1 biosafety readiness. BSL 2-3 configurations are currently in development. The workstations also support OSHA 1910 laboratory safety compliance and are built for use in regulated pharmaceutical, analytical, and clinical environments.

Work surface options include Epoxy Resin, Phenolic Resin, post-formed Plastic Laminate, Steel, and Wood, depending on the workstation model. Chemical-resistant surfaces such as epoxy and phenolic resin are recommended for laboratory environments handling solvents or harsh chemicals, while laminate surfaces are well-suited for general production and light inspection tasks.

Standard custom orders are manufactured and shipped within 30–45 calendar days. Quick Ship configurations are available in under 14 days for popular setups. All workstations are manufactured domestically in Londonderry, New Hampshire, with delivery options ranging from unassembled knock-down shipments to full white-glove installation services available upon request.
